Do you have a COVID 19 risk assessment and operating procedure to keep customers safe?
Yes, we do. We are more than happy to share this with you if you would like to see our most up to date version
What if I need to cancel my booking due to COVID 19 reasons?
If you need to cancel your booking due to reasons out of your control, such as travel restrictions being enforced, a full refund will be offered
How are you keeping customers safe from the spread of COVID 19?
These are just a few of our safety measures in place, for full details, please contact us directly:
- Customers are asked to fill out a COVID questionnaire upon arrival to confirm they are safe to take part. We also operate a track and trace system
- Kit is quarantined for at least 72h between customers. Any kit that can not be quarantined is properly disinfected between users
- If for any reason a member of staff needs to come within 2m of you, they will wear a face covering. We ask if you can please do the same
- Regular hand sanitising by all – especially by our staff when preparing the kit for you and at key change moments in the day, such as lunch time
Can groups of less than 4 book?
Yes, however there is a minimum booking fee to keep all trips private.
Can I join a trip with other people?
Unfortunately not, all trips are private.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, on specific canoe trips. Please see Loch Lochy and Loch Morar canoe trips.
Are children allowed?
Yes, see individual trip pages for age restrictions. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legally appointed guardian.
Is lunch provided?
Please bring your own lunch. However, if you wish to have a BBQ lunch, we can provide BBQ equipment. Please request this on the booking form.
Someone in my family has never paddled before, can we still book a trip?
Of course! All trips are tailored to suit your groups level of ability.
